An affiliate is an independent organization or person, who is willing to promote a product or a service, in exchange for a commission should that product be purchased as a result of your online promotional efforts.

You can access your 1Topstore earnings information anytime, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, using the username and password that you selected when signing up for your account at ShareASale. The reporting is all web based, and user-friendly for your convenience.

5. Is it limited to some countries?
No. 1Topstore ships all over the world and ShareASale.com is available in many countries. You can select your country from the available list during signup. If your country is not on the list, we apologize, but we cannot provide service to your country at this time but keep checking back.

6. How does ShareASale.com track sales on the Web?
Cookies are used to track leads and sales through affiliate's websites. The cookies are only used to identify affiliate generated sales, and no other information is collected for any other purpose with these cookies. Upon a sale, the ShareASale system is to determine the total amount of commission paid to the affiliate, and the affiliate that was responsible for that sale.

7. How does ShareASale.com know which affiliate to credit for which sale?
Since each link redirects first to the ShareASale.com servers, and then to the 1Topstore site, ShareASale is able to match up the sale with the affiliate who referred the sale. As long as the customer orders within 60 days of the original click through the referring affiliate will get credit for the order.

8. What about the customers who don't have cookies turned on in their browser?
Research indicates that nearly 99% of internet users have cookies enabled on their browsers. Cookies are an integral part of the web, and aid in the creation of e-commerce website, user-friendly websites, and other customized sites. In the uncommon event, however, that a customer has cookies disabled on their browser, the customer is not available for tracking, and sales will not be tracked.

9. When cookies are used, what information is collected by ShareASale?
Simple cookies are used solely for the purpose of providing an affiliate management solution and only generic information about a customer is used. ShareASale does not profile customers, aggregate data for analysis on customer preferences, or store any customer data.

10. How much Can I earn?
You earn 10% of the total product order value (not including the shipping costs).
For example, if a customer sent by you makes an order for $500, you will automatically receive $50. You can be an 1Topstore affiliate for ever, and there is no limit to the amount of money you can make from commissions.
Customers referred by you will be tracked as "your" customers for 60 days, so you have a good chance of receiving repeat commissions on second or even third orders, which are typically for higher total amounts.
1Topstore cannot guarantee any particular levels of earning. What you earn depends entirely on how many customers you send us and how much they spend.

11. How and when will I be paid for my generated sales?
We review all sales activity so ShareASale can issue payments via check and Direct Deposit on the 20th of each month. These payments are made to those affiliates who have reached the $50 minimum BEFORE the end of the previous month. For example, if an affiliate earns $50 by the end of February, they are paid those commissions on March 20th. If the affiliate did not reach the $50 minimum until March 1st, those commissions would be paid on April 20th. This is to allow time for us to review sales, returns, invalid credit cards, or even fraud.

12. What kinds of statistics are available for affiliates?
Each transaction and aggregate transaction history are logged on ShareASale servers, and available for review in detail.

13. What types banners or advertisements are available?
We know there are a lot of web sites with differing banner requirements and we have uploaded a variety of graphic and text banners to the ShareASale servers for your use. Also, if you have a special requirement, contact us and we may be able to produce a custom banner just for you.

14. What kind of computer or technical skill is needed to be an affiliate?
You will need to be somewhat familiar with HTML, so that you can correctly Copy and Paste the linking code from the ShareASale.com affiliates pages and place it within a web page, or within the body of an email message.

15. How much time is required to get started?
It takes only a few minutes to complete the ShareASale sign up process and after that...it is up to you. If you are familiar with HTML and Copy and Paste, you should be able to get your first link loaded in only a few minutes.
